May offer OpenCL hardware acceleration for mercury playback(No rendering needed) Might need intel gpu drivers updated. I think the nvidia MX230's out of spec, especially if it's 2 GB, CPU definitely not great - low power for more batt time, however the cpu is recent enough and has onboard intel igpu QuickSync for hardware decoding/encoding of most h.264 & h.265.
